Delaware has a financial assistance program in place to help DUI offenders who struggle to pay for ignition interlock device costs. The program covers 50% of the interlock installation and leasing fees for qualifying offenders. To determine eligibility, offenders who want to participate can submit a Financial Assistance Application to the state and provide proof of their income/enrollment in government assistance.
