The Intoxalock roadside assistance plan may be included with your ignition interlock device package or added as an optional feature.
Nationwide Roadside Assistance for Intoxalock Customers
Our roadside assistance plan is available to all active Intoxalock customers with a registered ignition interlock device across the United States. Coverage begins as soon as your ignition interlock device is installed and continues for the duration of your lease agreement. This optional service is available for nearly all vehicle types covered under the interlock agreement.
Affordable Protection with Intoxalock Motor Club
For customers who choose to add the plan in states in which it is not already included for free, you will be charged a monthly Intoxalock Motor Club fee, typically about $10 per month. For just those few dollars each month, you receive affordable peace of mind. If you’ve already signed up for the plan as part of your IID package, there are no additional fees beyond your current agreement.

Dial 1-844-226-7522 for 24/7 emergency roadside help. Make sure to have your Member Number, Producer Code, and Plan Letter handy, which can be found on your Motor Club membership document. A roadside assistance service provider will be dispatched to your location. Services such as towing, battery jump-starts, flat tire changes, and fuel delivery are covered up to $100 per incident, with no upfront cost to you.

Once the problem is resolved, you’ll be back on the road in no time. If additional mileage or services are required, these will be discussed and arranged directly with the service provider.

The plan typically includes the following services:

- Lockout assistance (access to the passenger compartment only
- Fuel, oil, or water delivery (you are responsible for the cost of fluids)

You are entitled to five service calls during the contract period, with no more than one service call within a 72-hour period.

Yes. If you use a service provider outside of the program’s network, we offer a reimbursement of up to $50 for covered services.
Your Intoxalock Motor Club begins the day your Intoxalock IID is installed and continues for the entire duration of your lease. Once your Intoxalock IID lease ends, your Intoxalock Motor Club also ends.
Your roadside assistance is linked to your active IID agreement and is transferable to any vehicle you use with your IID.
