Voluntary Car Breathalyzer Program
Making Safe Choices Simple
Voluntary car breathalyzers (ignition interlock devices) can be installed in any vehicle to prevent the engine from starting if alcohol is detected on the breath. These are important tools used to reduce the instances of drinking and driving that occur daily in the United States. If you are looking for an accountability tool and some peace of mind on the road, Intoxalock can help.

Making Communities and Roads Safer for more than 35 Years
(1) Program features may vary by state, depending on local requirements and regulations
(2) Our devices prevent vehicle functioning at a breath alcohol level of either 0.03 or 0.05 in most states. Please confirm the breath alcohol threshold for your jurisdiction.
(3) Currently, South Carolina and Michigan require some data reporting to the state. Oregon requires that voluntary accounts are vetted with the State Police.
